Talkpush Limited, a software application company specialized in automating recruitment, today announced that it has rolled out their automated phone screening platform across eight countries, including China, United States, United Kingdom, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. Talkpush is an automated phone screening tool that allows employers to automatically record candidates’ audio responses to job-specific question over the phone. This gives candidates the option to get their voices heard by employers by dialing in a local number available 24/7. “Companies are eager to make themselves more accessible to talent,” said Max Armbruster, CEO of Talkpush. “In the past, companies would have stringent screening processes that would be entirely based on the resume, which would eliminate some very talented applicants from the recruitment. Today, we make it possible for every job applicant to get their voices heard by employers, all while reducing the overall time spent by recruiters with unqualified candidates. It’s a win-win situation for both employers and job seekers.”

The software allowing to capture the voice of thousands of applicants in any given week was developed by Talkpush’s development team over recent month by integrating the latest technology in open-source frameworks, interactive voice response, voice recognition and leveraging the rapidly decreasing cost of cloud storage. The software allows employers to build unique insights into the communication, language and interpersonal skills of their candidates at a scale which was not available until now.
