The Originals: Then and Now

Last week, I organised the first official Talkpush photoshoot for the Manila office. While going through the roll, it dawned on me how many new faces we have added to the team, which made me pause and reflect.

It almost feels like it was yesterday when we were all squished in a small office, completely reliant on WhatsApp to stay connected with our overseas colleagues. These days, I have a crowd of people I can meet right here, so a lot of the communication just happens organically (although we are still huge users of WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom.us, … anything that helps us stay connected with our global team).

From where we were, to where we are now, I am in awe of how things just blossomed. The original five managed to keep each other sane because we have each other’s backs. We’re like a functional version of the “Silicon Valley” TV show. Should I pitch it to Netflix?
