Using Search Filters to do Targeting Messaging
As your Talkpush software becomes better at collecting information on candidates, adding labels to candidates, tracking which channel they come from, asking where they are located, etc. , it allows recruiters to target specific groups of candidates. Recruiters can now engage with each subgroup of candidates with a more targeted message thanks to the release of an improved Search Filter option.
Within a given campaign, a recruiter can now select candidates based on their date of completion, their status, the source they came from, whether their resume is attached, and rank them by various fields (name, date, etc.). Additional targeting options by grade and keyword will be released soon.
Once the search results are displayed, the recruiter can contact the candidates in bulk, offering them to re-apply to a new position using the Quick Reply option for instance. For example, a recruiter may apply the label “Chinese” to all Chinese speakers that were interviewed for a position and send them a company update at a later date when new openings for Chinese speakers are creating in their organization.
