Lubbock Coding Academy Summer Camp

I spent the first 2 days this week in Lubbock, TX launching our first Lubbock Coding Academy summer camp. Our summer camp is our chance to benefit the kids by providing them access to technical education.

Our summer camp focuses on entrepreneurship and web development. We aim to give kids the impression that they can create new businesses and work in technology if they want.

This summer camp was a free offer to the students of Frenship ISD. We want to thank Frenship ISD, the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance, and our LCA students and staff for their contribution to the summer camp. This is the beginning of our impact in Lubbock. I’m hopeful about the future and continuing to increase access to technical education for the people of Lubbock.
