Austin FC Updates

  • Austin FC’s first Designated Player signing.
  • Wishlist for other DPs
  • MoC Meets with Supporters
  • Stadium topped out

Anthem Updates / Upcoming Events

  • Community Tifo Project. Swing by an announced pick-up spot or DiY your own piece of a tifo banner we’ll “quilt” it together from all the pieces.
  • New merch available
  • We’ve added the 100 year war verde t-shirt to our store.
  • Also the new Grackle Drum t-shirt. — The MoC wants “More Drums in our stadium than any other in the world”, we’ll make sure that happens.
  • Last but not least: Our new Verde “For Club. For City.” shirt. Nothing sums up what we’re about and what we suspect most of y’all listening are about as well. Representing the great city of Austin. Representing Austin FC.
  • Also, after selling out, Little City Coffee is back in stock with new grackle mugs. $19.99 and next day delivery in Austin. They’ll even throw in a bag of Grackle blend.
  • Circle Brewing also quickly running out of their limited edition Circle/Anthem gaiters. They’ll throw in a 6-pack of any of their beers and a $5 card for the Anthem store with one of those: $20 bucks! Great deal!
  • Transit for Austin: Project Connect has been approved by the Austin City Council and the Capital Metro board and is headed to the November ballot. Critically for us, it would add a stop on the Red Line at McKalla. We’re super excited about this plan and look forward to sharing with everyone how they can get involved to get this long overdue investment in our city’s transit approved on the ballot. More people getting to the match in more ways will help reduce gameday traffic and put us on the path for a much more sustainable future.
  • Josh from our org team was on the Glenn Davis Radio show again this week. Talking supporter culture and the new DP signing. If you missed it, you can catch Episode 52 online.
