Victorians May Have To Use 6 Bins To Sort Waste & Recycling Crisis

In a report released by Infrastructure Victoria on Sunday, it has suggested that Victorian households be provided up to 6 bins for waste segregation into general waste, organics, plastics, glass, metals, paper and card.

Due to China’s strict enforcement limiting the level of contaminated recycling material it would accept, the Victorian recycling companies struggled to find a new export destination which lead to SKM going into administration. The proposed solution is aimed to solve this problem.
