So where can I fly?…

Fly First Class to Singapore

Have you ever wanted to fly first class? With 80,000 KrisFlyer miles you can hop aboard one of Singapore Airlines A380’s or Boeing 777’s from Sydney or Melbourne.

If you’re flying on SQ232 from Sydney, you’ll be able to sample Singapore’s new flagship First and Business Class cabins. 80,000 KrisFlyer miles can be converted from 106,666 Gateway points (4:3 ratio), which you should have after your minimum card spend of $3,000 (to unlock the bonus points) + $333 additional card spend. Alternatively, you can try their new business class for 58,000 KrisFlyer miles, leaving enough points to get you an economy ticket home.

Cathay Business Class to Hong Kong

If you’re looking to explore South East Asia and access greater China, hop onboard Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong. By converting your Gateway points to Asia Miles, you can book reward seats in Cathay Business.

SYD/BNE to Hong Kong will require just 40,000 Asia Miles one-way in Business Class. If you’re flying from Brisbane, you’ll enjoy their fresh new Airbus A350 aircraft experience.

Virgin Australia to the US

For 71,700 Velocity Points, you can experience Premium Economy one-way to Los Angeles. Virgin flies direct from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. You’ll enjoy champagne, canapés and enjoy plenty of leg room.

If you save up a few more points, you can fly in Virgin Business Class for 96,500 Velocity Points (also worth trying!).

Air New Zealand to the South Pacific

Looking for some beach and sun? Use your AMEX points to fly anywhere in the South Pacific region via Air NZ in their brilliant Business Class product.

You could fly to The Cook Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, Vanuatu, or Tonga for 35,000 KrisFlyer Points one-way, or 70,000 return. That’s right, you can use Singapore Airlines reward program to fly with Air New Zealand — how good are partnerships! Another bonus is there’s no fuel surcharges on AirNZ flights.

The Beach is calling…
