“You never have time for me anymore.”

Sofie Hon still remembers the moment that her daughter told her this last year. Indeed, 2020 was a super busy year for Sofie, who’s a Life Coach and International Trainer. Even though she was working from home most of the time, she was always behind closed doors, coaching, teaching, and interviews.

When her daughter said this heartbreaking sentence, Sofie was doing a ‘live’ interview and didn’t want to be interrupted further. But that sentence cut her heart deeply.

This true story has a happy ending, as Sofie completely shifted the way she plans her time in her business and with her family this year. In this article, I’ll be sharing with you the simple tweaks Sofie made to her calendar that brought freedom and joy to herself, her family, and her clients.

Focus on your Why

“The feeling of choked hostility, or numb depression or nauseated helplessness is a sure sign you’re steering away from your North Star, toward a life you were not meant to live. When you feel it, you must change course.”
~ Martha Beck’s book — Finding Your North Star
