Authoreon Community Update — Fall Edition
Hello Authoreon Community
The Authoreon team has been busy this fall. We have significantly improved our flagship A-ID code, for which we’ve found another pilot partner Smart Collectors. We are now speaking to COOP Italy and IBM Italy about an A-ID + smart ink solution for their supply chain management. And we’ve launched a new social network where the decentralized world meets. The next few months are going to be challenging (fun), and this was perfect time for some new additions to Team Authoreon.
Busy Months
In September, we launched our A-ID code generator prototype with a fresh brand identity and website. From Automechanika to Tech Fest Copenhagen, our team has been building relationships, especially with the art, automotive, e-commerce, and fast-moving consumer goods industries. The new ideas coming out of these exchanges are helping our developers improve the product. There are new features — our favorite of which is time-bound authorization — owners can now set an expiration date to the data they share! Our development team is now implementing the ideas coming from art industry experts at Smart Collectors. We’re getting dynamic, agile, and adaptive!
Upcoming Product Launch
We have meanwhile significantly improved our flagship A-ID code and we’re approaching launch day! We’re currently in the final development stages, we’re connecting the last dots, we’re running the prototype with our pilot partners and we’re testing, testing, testing!
A thing of beauty
We’re helping share some joy: Smart Collectors, our new pilot partner, allows everyone to make their own fine art collection by renting artwork online. And they will use our A-ID code to secure their artwork and track provenance using the blockchain.

Great Eggspectations
We made it to the final round of Great Eggspectations, a call for a blockchain solution for egg supply chain management, by Seeds & Chips, COOP and IBM. The latter two want to continue discussing with us our A-ID and smart ink solution for supply chain management, beyond this specific venture.
In blockchain we trust
Authoreon co-hosted a night about trust, with our co-hosts The High Life Club, Smart Collectors and Kala’s Kimchi. We presented our A-ID solution start-ups and businesses, showing how it can be used to authenticate artwork provided by Smart Collectors that was on display at the event. Time’s ripe
German startup magazine Gruenderszene featured Authoreon in an article about the IT security boom. They highlighted our brand protection suite and how it’s suited to capitalize on the current boom in the cyber security market.
Crypto matters
On December 5, our chief business development officer Terry Seal will speak about Crypto Currency Basics for the Real World to Geekettes Munich at Jambit GmbH.
A gem of an investment
Crypto Indonesia wrote about their continued faith in Authoreon as a gem of an investment on the crypto scene.
Latest Team Additions
Bernhard: Meet our new chief sales officer, Bernhard Nocker. He has a background in technical sales and that knack for closing the deal.
Gibran: Our new chief development officer is a multilingual Fulbright scholar with a background in engineering. He coached startups at an accelerator in Pakistan with a focus on using technology for humanitarian projects. At team Authoreon he will be creating products our customers love.
Veneta: Our new marketing associate is Veneta. She will work with Terry and Bernhard to implement sales and marketing strategies. The way things are going, she’s gonna be burning the candle at both ends.
