Let go of all expectations about how happiness has to arrive
Pressure-free happiness. I let go of all expectations about how happiness has to knock on my door because I know that expectations create pressure, and pressure is the opposite of feeling good. Happiness shows up in many ways, shapes, and sizes. My breath is happiness — making my beautiful life possible. My blood pumping through my veins is happiness — keeping me alive. My smile is happiness — spreading “Joie De Vivre” far and wide, and so are my tears — as cleansers of my energy; or my anger — a powerful and forceful energy that I can use to clean my house or wash my car as an amazing push to get things done. As for my wishes and dreams, I vividly visualize and feel them, then go on living as they already are, while living gratefully in my now. — Jacqueline Pirtle

Motherhood has transformed my view of the world, our culture, and my role as a woman and custodian of my child. It may sound trite, but I can’t effectively describe the importance I place on protecting, nourishing, and encouraging my almst 3-year-old daughter. I want to show her every amazing thing the world has to offer; I want to be a strong and excellent role model for her; and I want to make the world a better place for her. She is truly the joy of my life, and is often literally the main reason I’m out of bed in the morning. — Dr. Inessa Fishman
Wake up early & do a short yoga routine
Every morning I wake up early before anyone else in the house and I get some private time to myself. I do a short yoga routine to greet the sun and then I do a short meditation. I then write in my journal all the feelings and aspects of myself I want to exude that day. I then go over each one slowly and focus on each feeling. Lastly I do a visualization of a day in my ideal life and what everything looks like and feels like as if I am actually living it. Then I grab my coffee and start my day. I feel like this morning routine really helps me stay grounded and on purpose throught the day. I used to so easily get derailed when I would look at my Instagram feed. Having this routine really makes me fall in-love with my own life. — Dr. Sarah Jebreil
