When you are loving yourself for existing, then you can start to love others that exist differently than you.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Wendy Braun. Actress Wendy Braun has been turning in scene-stealing performances for years. Currently, she returns for the final season of the acclaimed Netflix series, Atypical, as the supportive friend ‘Kathy’. She hit the screen earlier this year as an ultimate uptight mother in the 80’s period comedy film, Donny’s Bar Mitzvah. Wendy has appeared in over 80 film and television projects, including The Clapper with Ed Helms and Tracy Morgan, Grey’s Anatomy, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Mentalist, Bones, Criminal Minds, iCarly, and Castle among others. When she’s not on set, Wendy helps her artistic community as a Transformation and Well-Being Expert as the founder of ActorInspration.com.

Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series! Can you tell us the story of how you grew up?

WENDY: I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where all the John Hughes movies were filmed.
