In the early stages, resources are often limited, and every hire counts. I learned this lesson when I hired a financial specialist prematurely, thinking it would alleviate my workload. However, I soon realized that I could have managed the tasks myself more efficiently, and the funds spent on the hire could have been better allocated elsewhere. Additionally, nowadays AI can serve as your assistant, providing cost-efficient solutions right from the beginning.
