Can you share the funniest story of your career?

The funniest thing? For me it’s also the most embarrassing! It was the first time I ever attended a big event in my entire life. I had gone from writing alone, not talking to anyone to suddenly being in a room filled with not only people but actual celebrities. Suddenly I had the opportunity to meet a celebrity that I had long admired. I couldn’t believe it was happening. They approached me and said hello and asked my name. I opened my mouth to answer and…nothing. Not a clear thought in my head or any sound came out my mouth. Just silence. Lots and lots of silence. Finally they had to remind me. They actually had to remind me of my own name. I was just so nervous, my fangirl heart couldn’t take it. We actually became friends and to this day, he never lets me forget that I couldn’t remember my name.
