Connect with your employees, let them know you appreciate them from the beginning. Our employees become our family, we see them start with us and we experience their growth, even with their families. Some employees started with us with small children who have grown up and now work for us as their first job, that’s rewarding.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Clint & DeAnna Lewis. Clint and DeAnna Lewis are owners of five Wingstop franchises and four Fatburger franchises and have received Million Dollar Store Club and Top Sales Increase awards. Clint has over 25 years of experience in financial advisement and business consulting. DeAnna is a retired social worker, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a master’s in Educational Counseling. Clint and Deanna have been franchise owner-operators for 15 years.

Thank you so much for doing this with us! Before we dive in, our readers would love to learn a bit more about you. Can you tell us a story about what brought you
