Rest, rest and more rest — that’s the number one thing the body needs when it’s depleted. Sleep is vital for any form of recovery as it is the body’s time to recuperate and rebuild. Track how much sleep you get over a week and then see if you can increase it by just 30 minutes. Start with small achievable sleep goals and build up.

Millions of Americans are returning back to work after being home during the pandemic. While this has been exciting for many, some are feeling burned out by their work.
