Take time out if you need to — this is not always easy to do, but it may be essential for you to recover. I felt so embarrassed when I had to take time off to recover from burnout and RSI. I absolutely did not want to take time off and I gave myself such a hard time about it! Our minds can run really fast, but our bodies are slower — they need time to rest, reset and heal. Be kind to yourself and your body.
