Just stop. Simple as it may sound, taking regular breaks can be a gamechanger. It provides a breath of fresh air and an opportunity to develop new perspectives. Breaks provide a much needed mental break from work but the ability to recognize when you’re in need of a time-out can be a hard skill to learn, so I recommend scheduling breaks into your calendar and sticking to it.
