No doubt success requires a great deal of personal involvement. However, it is important not to lose perspective and this sometimes requires to take some distance. There are battles that are simply not worth fighting. But this is just short-term tactics. In the long-term, the only secret is to be passionate about what you do and absolutely convinced about the quality of the product that you sell. An additional rule is to keep yourself in a continuous “learning process”, no matter how old you are and how many years you have been working in the same field.
