The starting point for this concept was somewhere around 2016, 2017. It’s no secret that we’re living in very divided times and I think that only leads to the chaos in the political landscape and that turns more people off. So I think my starting point was just seeing this increase in apathy. I think if you have a democracy that isn’t engaged, it struggles to maintain being a democracy.
