Don’t be afraid to use trending sounds. When picking a trending sound, ideally you want to opt for one that has less than 10,000 uses. You want to use a sound while it’s on its way up to its popularity peak so you can ride the wave of engagement. If you use an audio that has over 100k uses your video will get lost in the algorithm’s shuffle and you won’t get the views you’d like. All of my videos use trending sounds.

TikTok is currently the fastest-growing social network. If you want to communicate with Gen-Z, that is the place to do it. But for those who are used to the interface of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, TikTok seems to require a steep luring curve.
