Transform the ecosystem into an omnichannel of personalized services designed with the patient and their family at the center of it all. In other words, we need to redefine success as a function of the health and well-being of its stakeholders. This includes patients, caregivers, employees, partners, sponsors and the community at large, because when a patient is sick it impacts their entire network. For example as a patient I should be able to access services when I want and how I want. In essence, the healthcare industry needs to experience what the retail industry went through a few years ago.
