Accessibility: You close the door to diversity if you rely on the same narrow graduate funnels for talent. More emphasis needs to be placed on where candidates are sourced and what hiring managers look for if we’re going to open things up to a wider variety of ambitious candidates — candidates who might just be the ones to plug those skills gaps. There are masses of skilled talent out there. The bigger businesses for example receive lots of applications to work for them but they’re not accessing the diversity of candidates that they want to attract, so they’re coming to our platform — they’re seeking accessibility.

The pandemic has allowed people to reevaluate what they want from work. This “Great Reevaluation” has led to the “Great Resignation” which has left us with a great big labor
