More emphasis needs to be placed on where candidates are sourced and what hiring managers look for if we’re going to open things up to a wider variety of ambitious candidates — candidates who might just be the ones to plug those skills gaps. There are masses of skilled talent out there. The bigger businesses for example receive lots of applications to work for them but they’re not accessing the diversity of candidates that they want to attract, so they’re coming to our platform — they’re seeking accessibility.
