As part of my interview series I had the pleasure of interviewing Chuck Rosenthal. Chuck is a writer living in Topanga Canyon, California. He is the author of Awake For Ever in a Sweet Unrest as well as fourteen other novels and five other books. He is a Romantic writer.
Can you tell us a bit about your ‘backstory’ and how you got started?
I wrote my first story in 3rd grade. I wrote five novellas in high school, behind the back of the kid sitting in front of me. I loved the freedom of story-telling and the privacy of writing. Then I studied philosophy, but grad school was too confining. So I left it and started my first novel.
