In the past decades, great strides have been made to de-stigmatize mental illness and to “normalize” focusing on mental wellness just as much as physical wellness. Authority Magazine started a series featuring leaders influencers and mental health professionals who started an initiative to promote mental health and mental wellness. Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller, Founder, Coach for Mental Health,
Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller is an award-winning Certified Mental Health Coach who focuses on helping businesswomen that went through trauma in their childhood because of parental mental illness. To support those women in healing from their past, she created an online mental health course with private coaching called “Making Peace With Your Past.” In addition, Dr. Margit is a Master Life Coach, Professional Certified Coach, NLP Master, Certified Life Purpose Coach, Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, veterinarian, speaker, and award-winning author of the book “Your Pet, Your Pill®. 101 Inspirational Stories About How Pets Lead You to a Happy, Healthy and Successful Life.” Dr. Muller is also the Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital in the United Arab Emirates, making her the first female falcon doctor in the male-dominated world of Arab falconry.

After a successful career in corporate buying for retail head office, Rebecca Newenham set out to grow and scale a business that worked for her and her family. She founded Get Ahead in 2010 and has built a thriving, award-winning global VA franchise business. Bernhard Tewes, HypnoBox
Bernhard is a licensed hypnotherapist, practice owner, and keynote speaker on hypnosis from Berlin. He is a certified member of National Guild of Hypnotists, Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy, and the German Association for Hypnosis. In his desire to make hypnotherapy more available to everybody Bernhard founded HypnoBox — an app providing self-hypnosis sessions for mental and physical health issues.

Jan Stewart, mental health governance advocate and parent
Jan Stewart is a highly regarded mental health governance expert, author and advocate who currently chairs Kerry’s Place Autism Services, the largest autism services provider in Canada. Her brutally honest memoir Hold on Tight: A Parent’s Journey Raising Children with Mental Illness, which will be published by Barlow Books in March, details her non-stop, emotional roller coaster life parenting two children with multiple mental health disorders. Her mission is to inspire and empower parents to persevere, have hope and not give up, as well as to better educate their families, friends, health care professionals, educators and employers.
