With over 18 years experience developing products for individuals with hearing loss, Jon has served in a variety of roles including; CSO for Bellman & Symfon, Director of Sales for Clarity Products LLC. and Senior Product Manager for Plantronics where he successfully brought one of the first IPCTS (Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service) phones to market. With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (B.A.Sc) from Florida State University, Jon has been successful bringing new technologies to the disability community by building partnerships from local grassroots community organizations all the way up to state and federal agencies.

Lacey Hunter, TechAid C0-Founder and CEO
Lacey Hunter is the CEO and Co-Founder of TechAid, a web3 application that enables a data-driven approach to humanitarian aid, envisioned at the World Economic Forum in 2022.
Only requiring access to a data-enabled mobile phone, individuals in crisis situations can indicate what they need and where they are. This data is securely and anonymously aggregated using blockchain infrastructure, delivering aid providers the latest volume and location of demand for critical goods. Lacey believes access to proper nutrition is a fundamental human right for families everywhere. She is passionate about the potential of combining existing technologies to facilitate the connection of food supply with demand, and turning the tide of the escalating global hunger crisis.

Ayana Baraka
Ayana Baraka is an award-winning Director of Photography and virtual reality content creator whose work has appeared on BET, HBO and Al Jazeera. Baraka was named a ‘person on the rise’ in Hollywood by producer Mel Jones. She’s a winner of the 2016 award for Best Cinematography at the Victoria TX Independent Film Festival, a 2019 recipient of the Digital Diversity Network’s Culture Catalyst award, and a 2021 champion of the Venture Noire Pitch N’ Pint competition. Baraka is the Content Creator for “Greenwood Avenue: A Virtual Reality Experience,” an immersive experience about Black Wall Street and the Race Massacre of 1921. Baraka’s foray into immersive storytelling came while attending USC’s School of Cinematic Arts for her MFA in Cinematic Art, Film, and Television. Today, she is the owner of Edamame Films, a production company that produces movies, commercials, and educational virtual reality content.

Nate Bryer, Azuga Inc.
Nate Bryer has been the Executive Vice President of RUC for Azuga, Inc. since May 2013 and is directly impacting a nationwide transportation funding system that hasn’t changed in over 100 years. He leads Azuga’s road usage charging (RUC) car line of business which has been instrumental in developing user-friendly account management systems for RUC programs in Oregon, California, Colorado, I-95 (an Eastern state coalition), Hawaii, and Washington. Pragmatic and consumer-conscious, Bryer has developed an emissions service that allows everyday people to complete their emissions testing while out on their day-to-day errands. In past years, he has been recognized as an innovator and leader in the insurance telematics industry and pioneered usage-based insurance with the implementation of Allstate’s Drivewise Telematics Insurance product.
