During my time at QBE, we have had pivots in the business we write as is the case with any large company. Those transitions can cause disruption and angst amongst the team who are looking for stability at the top. As a leader, I’ve always tried to remain calm and stay focused on our mission. As a result, we’ve been able to work way through challenging circumstances while finding the best outcome for our employees, customers and stakeholders.
