Relate-be willing to learn to relate to God who loves you unconditionally and then yourself as a wounded person who longed for love from people who didn’t provide it. Being able to relate to God helped me know I was never alone and that He was in charge, and I could let go. Being able to receive His unconditional love really did help transform my pain.

It sometimes feels like it is so hard to avoid feeling down or depressed these days.
