There’s no golden rule. What I do know is that technology from my perspective should help people. If it also can help the broader environment including plants and animals, that’s amazing. I think that is number one. You need to be able to make technology accessible and simple to use.

In recent years, Big Tech has gotten a bad rep. But of course many tech companies are doing important work making monumental positive changes to society, health, and the environment. To highlight these, we started a new interview series about “Technology Making An Important Positive Social Impact”. We are interviewing leaders of tech companies who are creating or have created a tech product that is helping to make a positive change in people’s lives or the environment. As a part of this series, I had the pleasure of interviewing Philipp von Holtzendorff-Fehling.

Philipp von Holtzendorff-Fehling, founder and CEO of Leela Quantum Tech and Quantum Upgrade, is a coach, entrepreneur in the conscious-raising space and energy healer. In parallel to a successful international business career, he constantly worked through blockages and barriers that had prevented him to fully connect with his true self. With that he started to also see energy fields and developed his unique skills as a healer, and he went through two decades of training in shamanic and other energy healing modalities. During his business career he worked as an executive for several well-known companies, including T-Mobile International and T-Mobile U.S. where he served as Vice President of Marketing. While he’s a passionate bio- and bio-energy hacker in his personal life, he’s also a kundalini yoga teacher, a father of two, and he also made it to the top 8 in the Tennis Senior U.S. Nationals when he still participated in tournaments.

Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series. Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you began your career?

I think an interesting aspect of my story is that I used to work for T-Mobile as a vice president for several years in Europe as well as at T-Mobile in the US, and now I’m a pioneer in quantum technology and frequency medicine which helps mitigate the possible dangers of EMF. I didn’t really know much about the negative impacts of EMF at the time, only the positives. Now I understand both sides. I’m now fully aware of all the impacts and difficulties for the human body, the animal body, and the energetic system that result from EMF exposure. Knowing both sides has given me a unique perspective. It’s quite an interesting circumstance.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?

There are various people that helped me over time in different stages of my life. Obviously, early on, my parents helped me quite a bit, then my Godfather, and later various others helped me, including my teacher Agni and my wife Cru. Cru has had the biggest and deepest impact on my life since 2005. She was born with the ability to see aura and energy fields. At that time, I had just begun my journey into shamanic practices and energy healing techniques, and I could not yet see the way that a fully trained shaman or my wife can. It was an absolute blessing to go deeper into that and learn more about it with her. She has helped me very much on so many levels.

Can you please give us your favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share how that was relevant to you in your life?

My favorite life lesson is by Nikola Tesla: “If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, you need to think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration”. By far and large, that is one of the best pieces of advice you can dig into. It’s relevant to everything I do in my life now.

You are a successful business leader. Which three character traits do you think were most instrumental to your success? Can you please share a story or example for each?

I am a visionary. I am never satisfied just maintaining the status quo; I always want to transform and take things to the next level. That helped me quite a bit, but at the same time if I had a vision and knew that it could be achieved, but wasn’t, I wasn’t satisfied. Naysayers around me would say that it cannot be done and has never been done or no one has ever been able to do this, this has never worked, it cannot work, etc. Especially in large organizations like telcos, that’s what you find a lot; they’re resistant to change. I am the opposite. Being the opposite helped me be successful in those telco organizations because I was able to push things through starting with my vision. Once these things would get done, everybody in the organization would be happy and surprised that suddenly they could be achieved.

Ok super. Let’s now shift to the main part of our discussion about the technology or medical devices that you are helping to create that can make a positive impact on our wellness. To begin, which particular problems are you aiming to solve? How do you think LeelaQ’s technology can address this?

Leela Quantum products help with a broad spectrum of support for your wellness. They support the blood and the production of ATP. They support recovery, HRV, and the well-being of energetic levels. Just being able to tune into your energetic system and your own body helps. Those are just a few aspects, there’s way more. Another thing would be your heart rate variability, which is directly linked to the autonomic nervous system. Our products can even structure and optimize water, your food intake, the list goes on and on. We’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible.

Can you tell us the backstory about what inspired you to originally feel passionate about quantum energy healing?

Energy healing, in general, has fascinated me for such a long time and still does today, frankly. I have witnessed over time, and through my own practices, the abilities of some of the most gifted healers on Earth. We work with some of these people very closely to this day. The original idea was that it would be amazing if we could provide products that act like “healers in your pocket”. A healer leverages the quantum field and specific frequencies to provide benefits, support, and balance. The idea is to be able to do that in a very natural way without anything invasive and without having to book a session with a shaman. With our products, possibilities are available 24/7. That was really the vision, which is as exciting to me today as it was years ago.

How do you think this might change the world?

We’re at a time when frequency medicine will continue to grow. People are beginning to realize that frequency, energy, and vibration are important. We cannot only address the physical body; we need to start addressing the energetic body. If you follow people like Dave Asprey, Luke Storey, Ben Greenfield and others: they’re all moving towards adding bioenergy hacking into the mix. Just looking after the physical body is not enough; you cannot solve all of your problems that way. If you want to be very healthy and in great shape, then you need to take a holistic approach, and that includes your energetic system. So, frequency medicine has a bright future and probably is the future of medicine, like Albert Einstein predicted.

Keeping “Black Mirror” and the “Law of Unintended Consequences” in mind, can you see any potential drawbacks about this technology that people should think more deeply about?

I cannot see any drawbacks whatsoever in our technology because we made sure that it cannot be manipulated for negative or nefarious purposes. The worst that could be done is to take it off the market because then it wouldn’t be available, and it wouldn’t be able to help people, plants, and animals. There’s no downside to it.

Our technology doesn’t work like a pill. If you take an aspirin for a headache, it doesn’t solve the issue as to why you had the headache in the first place. Things like aspirin are treating a symptom; it’s not treating the root cause of the problem. Our products are focused on providing support relatively quickly but, at the same time, training our system to do that on their own. Our products are tools that train us to help balance ourselves naturally.

Here is the main question for our discussion. Based on your experience and success, can you please share “Five things you need to know to successfully create technology that can make a positive social impact”?

There’s no golden rule. What I do know is that technology from my perspective should help people. If it also can help the broader environment including plants and animals, that’s amazing. I think that is number one. You need to be able to make technology accessible and simple to use.

Can you share a few best practices that you’ve experienced that helps set LeelaQ apart from other brands in the space?

There’s really no other brand in the world currently comparable to LeelaQ. You can find brands that overlap in some of the areas that we’re active in, like the EMF protection or the EMF mitigation space. All of our products help with that but yet, if you look at the LeelaQ Infinity Blocs for example, that’s just like 5%, maybe 10%, of what they do. There are lots of other applications that no other EMF products or brands offer, like copying frequencies, charging objects, leveraging it for your wellness, charging your food, structuring your water, and leveraging quantum entanglement. There’s no need for any other EMF tool, frankly. That would just be a disturbing signal if you used an unnecessary, additional tool.

There are a couple of other companies out there that have worked with quantum energy, but they only use a tiny bit of quantum energy and they’re working with electrical brute force and/or magnetic brute force and that destabilizes the field, so their technology is not on par at all. You really can’t even compare the impact. There’s one other company out there that is in the same field as our sister company Quantum Upgrade. But they are way less flexible, have less power than Quantum Upgrade, and they don’t offer physical products like Leela Quantum Tech.

If you could tell other young people one thing about why they should consider making a positive impact on our environment or society, like you, what would you tell them?

My advice to other people would be in general to follow Nikola Tesla’s quote, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, you need to think in terms of energy frequency and vibration.” Let that truly sink in.

Really focus on something that brings you joy, that can provide something good and helpful for people and the planet, which includes plants and animals. If you can combine something that fills you with joy with something that helps others, that is, from my perspective, the ultimate.

Is there a person in the world, or in the US with whom you would like to have a private breakfast or lunch, and why? He or she might just see this, especially if we tag them. :-)

I would love to have breakfast with Sahara Rose because she developed an amazing podcast platform that highlights important topics around frequency, energy and vibration. Our technology actually helps with a lot of the topics she covers, so I would love to be on her show and speak about how LeelaQ can benefit her audience.

Another one would be Brian Rose who runs a very influential podcast, London Real. He has over a million followers on YouTube. It’s very different content from Sahara Rose, and I think he covers cutting-edge technology that may not be mainstream yet. He promotes things that are naturally helpful. Brian Rose has a vast perspective, so I’d be very interested in walking him through our tech studies and products.
