Tessa White has over 25+ years of HR experience and has led HR in Fortune 50 companies as well as small start-ups to mid-sized organizations. The bulk of her experience is within technology and healthcare companies other than her latest experience with the solar world and direct sales at Vivint Solar. Tessa works with investors and boards on pointing newly formed companies in the right direction for people’s priorities and hiring the right talent. Tessa has also been the President of the local Society for Human Resources and serves on multiple boards including the Huntsman School of Business, Utah Valley University Women's Center, and Dahlia’s Hope, a recovery aftercare center supporting sex-trafficking victims.
