Think deeply, pivot rarely, adjust quickly — Define your idea and understand why your idea is special. Then stick to it. This advice was conveyed to me by my son: Be like water flowing downhill. If you hit a rock, go around it. But even then, you are still going downhill. Make small adjustments not big ones, but make them frequently.
