Sacred Space- Allow yourself space to feel and be. However big your emotions and energy seem, give yourself enough space to have them without judgment. This is really about honoring yourself to be where you are and not allowing anyone to stifle that sacred space for you. When we say space, this does not necessarily mean physical space. This is an energetic allowance. Allow your energy and emotions to flow however they want to flow without judgment or worry.

The world seems to be reeling from one crisis to another. We’ve experienced a global pandemic, economic uncertainty, political and social turmoil. Then there are personal traumas that people are dealing with, such as the loss of a loved one, health issues, unemployment, divorce or the loss of a job.

Coping with change can be traumatic as it often affects every part of our lives.
