Kate Cote Of Pivot On 5 Ways That Businesses Can Help Promote The Mental Wellness Of Their Employees
An Interview With Jake Frankel
--
… I’m a sucker for kindness and a real believer that we’re all well-intentioned at our core. I’d love to see a world where we make fewer snap judgments and actually get to know people on a deeper level and understand their stories… read beyond the headline or the tweet and get back to nuance. I’m always the person who says, “Well, maybe they’re driving erratically because they’re on the way to the hospital!” What if we all made one authentic connection with someone who has different views? I’d love to see humans supporting each other; we have more in common than not.
As a part of my series about the “5 Ways That Businesses Can Help Promote The Mental Wellness Of Their Employees” I had the pleasure of interviewing Kate Cote, VP of Marketing at Pivot.
Kate Cote has dedicated her career to connecting people with life-changing products through the art and science of healthcare marketing. As a Berkeley Haas MBA/MPH graduate, she brings a unique combination of expertise in marketing excellence and the nuances of the healthcare industry. As VP of Marketing at Pivot, Kate oversees Pivot’s B2C, B2B, D2C and product marketing team and efforts. Previously at Omada Health as Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing, Kate helped scale member enrollment practices while driving YoY growth and reducing CAC. She also brings diverse healthcare marketing experience from Ginger, Genentech, and ZS Associates.
