Vice President, Talent Management, Katelyn Crowley leads the human resources organization for agencies within the Advantage Solutions’ Marketing & Digital Commerce Solutions Group. In partnership with business leaders, she develops a wide scope of talent management strategies and programs, including talent development and training, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and DE&I.

Crowley’s tenure with Advantage has included a wide range of leadership roles, including Vice President, Operations for AMP Agency and head of client services at Advantage Media Solutions, where she was responsible for retaining and growing national client relationships, which earned her Top Women in Grocery 2016–2018 for stand-out work in digital shopper marketing innovation.
