A Sense of Self. The more self-aware all of us are, the more we can find and walk toward our “True North”. Be honest with yourself about what makes you thrive. Don’t worry about everyone else or their opinions of you. Let go of toxic relationships. Say no to those activities which no longer serve or nourish your soul. Step into your authenticity; be true to yourself. Set boundaries to protect your health and peacefulness. And make time — loads of it if possible — for those people and experiences that bring you to life!
