Have a legit company purpose that ALL staff know and can recite — ours is: “To have the most successful and fun-to-work-for marketing company that achieves for our clients their desired effect, and that we as a group absolutely flip them out about our flawless 5-star service and the results they get — so that they can grow their business and prosper… last but not least, we maintain a totally light and fun atmosphere that permeates the universes of our clients, vendors and each other!” Our staff recites this weekly at staff meeting — some staff even have a little dance move for it! This leaves no room for ambiguity about what the company does or its goals. Everyone is on the same page.
