One thing that doesn’t get talked about enough when it comes to improving company work culture is offering a sabbatical. We’ve heard countless stories of employees who loved their work, but just couldn’t work at their jobs anymore because of the mounting number of hours, or the stress level — and the only option they felt they had was to quit.
