Chris Kolger is the co-founder and co-CEO of Propeller Bonds, an insurtech managing general underwriter (MGU) equipped with a proprietary instant issue surety bond platform housing nearly 7,000 instant issue surety bonds. With nearly 12 years of working in commercial surety at Chubb (formerly ACE), Kolger oversees the Propeller’s daily underwriting operations and technological advancements of the platform. Kolger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.
