David V. Johnson, Chairman of Victor International, is the esteemed developer behind Oil Nut Bay with more than 40 years of industry-leading experience. A man with relentless drive, he broke his neck around 45 years ago and willed himself to walk after being told he would be permanently paralyzed. After creating 43 master-planned communities throughout Michigan, including the award-winning Bay Harbor, Johnson began his development Oil Nut Bay in the British Virgin Islands in 2004 as he sought to create a multi-generational destination for families to enjoy in harmony with nature.
