Today’s customer has never been more food aware! With all of the cooking shows and TV awareness, the public is very tuned in to flavor profile, and it permeates through all aspects of the industry! Being nimble is critical to stay relevant to today’s consumer. To accomplish this, we have done several things. We have developed our line of proprietary dry seasonings we have on every table and use in our kitchens. We have also developed a range of sauces for dipping or adding. We also offer different side options that provides variety to our repeat guests, not just the regular French fries and onion rings. We have southern greens and white beans (both seasoned with our proprietary spice blends), house-made mac and cheese, red-skinned mashed potatoes, and gravy.
