Yes, being smart is good, but working hard matters just as much. If you want success, you have to put in the hours.

As part of our series about “How To Use Digital Transformation To Take Your Company To The Next Level”, I had the pleasure of interviewing Pankaj “Romy” Malviya, founder and CEO of Pulpstream.

Founder Pankaj “Romy” Malviya brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software design and development to Pulpstream. As a serial entrepreneur, his business-critical solutions are in use by some of the world’s largest enterprises including Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Randstad, Software AG, and AT&T. Pankaj holds two patents in object modeling for network policy management, as well as policy-based network architecture, and he earned his degree in computer science and engineering from the G.S. Institute of Technology and Science.

Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series. Before we dive in, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your ‘backstory’ and how you got started?
