Gig Economy — The gig economy continues to grow and fractional staffing is an evolving reality. If I shake my magic 8 ball, I see a future where we cobble together project-based work or fractional scrum teams. The “Uber for ‘fill in the blank”” (hotels, workspaces, customer service, daycare, you name it) is a positioning that questions the boundaries of what we mean by work and how we define company culture.
