…My advice to anyone who is going to take this challenge is to embrace that bit of freedom, but understand it can be a trade-off from the traditional work schedule. You have the freedom to a great degree in being your boss, as well as being trusted to get a job done properly, but that means you also need to let the traditional work idea go. I think the best way for anyone to be more productive at home, is to embrace the day. Take your shower in the morning, don’t roll out of bed in your PJs and start working, it will make you feel a lot lazier.
