Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series! Can you tell us the story of how you grew up?

My Story I grew up in a poor family but with a lot of inside values, I don’t have siblings but family values is everything for me. Sinnce I was a child I love sports and art. I wanted to be an actor since I was a child.

Can you share a story with us about what brought you to this specific career path?

I think it was the law of attraction, that I brought this career into my life, because when I was a child I remember I used to watch Tv and films and I remember I told myself that I dont how I am going to do but I want to work as anctor and be on Tv and Films, and things started happening little by little.

Can you tell us the most interesting story that happened to you since you began your career?

The most interested story I think was that all of sudden I was discovered through a modeling job I did to work on a film in my homestate Maracaibo Venezuela, I auditioned and I got the part, and I also was seen by an industry proffesional and I won a scholarship to study acting.

It has been said that mistakes can be our greatest teachers. Can you share a story about the funniest mistake you made when you were first starting? Can you tell us what lesson you learned from that?

Sure we learn from every mistake, I think when I was doing theater for children, the mistake I was doing was not connecting with children, when I started connecting and interacting with children I started enjoying more my character and children even like it more.

What are some of the most interesting or exciting projects you are working on now?

The most excited project I am working on right now is a movie that I wrote, so the movie is in pre-production. It’s a dramatic, action film. I’ll be able to tap into the love I have for family and my own experience with the Martial Arts as I take on the role of the protagonist.

As a rising star, you’ve likely faced challenges along the way. How do you stay motivated and overcome obstacles in your career?

Keep going, keep fighting for your dreams ultil you achieve it, no matter the obstacle. focus on your goal.

We are very interested in diversity in the entertainment industry. Can you share three reasons with our readers about why you think it’s important to have diversity represented in film and television? How can that potentially affect our culture?

Diversity is so important, people want to see a diverse cast to feel more connected to the project.

Inclusivity: Including a diverse range of characters on screen reflects the rich tapestry of real-world communities. It acknowledges the presence and importance of people from various backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and more.

Authenticity: A diverse representation in media helps create authentic and relatable storytelling. When individuals see characters that resemble their own experiences, they are more likely to connect with the narrative and feel a sense of validation and inclusion.

Breaking Stereotypes Film and television have the power to challenge and break down stereotypes. By portraying diverse characters in a range of roles and situations, media can challenge preconceived notions and promote a more nuanced understanding of different communities.

Cultural Influence: Media plays a significant role in shaping cultural attitudes and norms. By showcasing diverse stories, cultures, and experiences, film and television have the potential to broaden societal perspectives and foster appreciation for different ways of life.

Inspiring Change: Positive representation in media can inspire social change by promoting acceptance and understanding. It can encourage individuals to challenge discriminatory practices and advocate for a more inclusive and equitable society.

In summary, having diversity represented in film and television is essential for fostering inclusivity, challenging stereotypes, reducing bias, and inspiring positive cultural and social change. It contributes to a more vibrant and reflective media landscape that can shape attitudes and perceptions in society.

What are your “5 things I wish someone told me when I first started” and why?

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Balancing Work and Personal Life: Set clear boundaries between work and personal life. Schedule downtime and make sure to prioritize self-care. It’s essential to have moments away from the demands of the industry.

Prioritize Mental Health: Seek Support: Acting can be emotionally demanding. Consider seeking support from friends, family, or a mental health professional to help manage stress and navigate the challenges of the industry.

Mindfulness Practices: Incorporate mindfulness techniques such as meditation or yoga into your routine to stay grounded and focused.

Diversify Your Activities: Explore Other Interests: Engage in activities outside of acting to maintain a well-rounded life. Pursuing hobbies and interests beyond the industry can provide a sense of fulfillment and balance.

Set Realistic Goals: Manage Expectations: While setting ambitious goals is important, it’s equally crucial to set realistic expectations. Recognize that success in the acting industry often involves both highs and lows.

Stay Physically Healthy: Regular Exercise: Physical activity is not only beneficial for your health but can also help alleviate stress. Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and can incorporate into your routine.

Healthy Eating: Maintain a balanced diet to support your energy levels and overall well-being.

Network and Build a Support System: Connect with Peers: Build relationships with other actors who understand the challenges of the industry. A supportive network can provide encouragement, advice, and a sense of camaraderie.

Learn to Say No: Prioritize Quality Over Quantity: It’s okay to turn down projects or opportunities if taking on too much would compromise your well-being. Focus on quality projects that align with your goals.

Continual Learning: Invest in Training: Stay engaged in continual learning and skill development. Attend workshops, classes, or other training opportunities to enhance your craft and maintain enthusiasm for acting.

Financial Planning: Budgeting: Develop a financial plan to handle the financial uncertainties that can come with an acting career. Having a budget and savings can help alleviate stress during lean times.

Take Breaks: Scheduled Breaks: Consider taking planned breaks from acting, allowing time for relaxation and rejuvenation. Taking time off when needed can prevent burnout and maintain long-term career satisfaction.

You are a person of enormous influence. If you could inspire a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. :-)

Support more Animals. Promote Adoption: Encourage my followers to adopt pets from shelters and promote responsible pet ownership.

and also my movement would be a retreat to forget all problems and disconnect from everything. having a good mental health is so important.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?

Yes my Mother always suported me from the beginning and every time I get down she encourages me to keep going and never give up. I would not be where I am now without her, I am very Thankful to have her in my life.
