O’Shay Neal is the second oldest of 11 siblings. He grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to North Dakota due to gun violence in the neighborhood. In high school he excelled in athletics performing arts earning the Superior Actors Award and went on to earn an Acting Scholarship at North Dakota State University. After graduating college with two degrees, he moved to LA in 2018 to pursue acting and entertainment full time. O’Shay has featured on Hulu original series Dave (FX Episode 5 “HYPE-MAN”).
