The fourth trick is following through to get honest feedback from your customers, and not shying away from owning it when it’s bad. That can be very hard of course, but if you want success, that’s a benchmark of getting all the way there. This is a critical component of the process because it helps you fine tune your product, making your market more likely to use it more often.
