Thank you so much for joining us! Before diving in, our readers would love to “get to know you” better. Can you share a bit about your ‘backstory’ and how you got started?
My career pivot to PR was a bit unexpected. In my fifth year as a high school English teacher, a student attacked another student with a knife. The chaos of that day, watching reporters gather in the parking lot looking for more information, and the poor lines of communication from the school administration to students and staff, left me curious about crisis response.
