Steven Demmler is working on bringing Hollywood to Texas with his large-scale Film & TV production facility and studio located in the heart of Texas. With over 120,000 SF of newly revamped studio space and offices, along with over 20,000 SF of props and equipment (from wardrobe to full set furnishings) and a fleet of trucks and trailers for actors, South Side Studios has become a national film and TV hotspot. Steven Demmler leverages South Side Studio’s comprehensive experience across film, television, and global finance to design, fund, and realize his creative visions.
