My system is twelve steps because each step is crucial to getting to the close — and keeping clients as long term, loyal customers. The close is not a separate part of the sales process. It is the natural conclusion to an effective, orderly sales presentation. This sounds simple — because it is. There is no need to be “pushy.” The better the process of our presentation, the easier, and more natural the close.
