As a part of our “Unstoppable” series, we had the pleasure of interviewing Audrey Zannese.

When Audrey Zannese was diagnosed with MS at 26-years old while doing her PhD in the UK she felt cursed. She went back to France to start her treatment and was recommended a mind-body practice called sophrology by a French neurologist. Rather skeptical at first, she tried it and it transformed her life. Equipped with great skills to manage her stress levels and improve her confidence, she returned to the UK where she successfully completed her PhD and carried on with research, until she decided to make sophrology the best part of her life.
