I believe that people are here in order to make a bigger impact in the world — and with my book, ‘Make an Impact’, I had the chance to prove that hundreds of people are using their influence to improve other people’s lives.

As the founder of the Health Bloggers Community, my mission is to support people with growing their passion into a business — and so many women are building businesses empires all over the world.

This series is a chance to spotlight some of these women.

“I take full responsibility for how I feel and what IS happening for me — at all times!”

Hello Jaqueline, thank you for joining us! Could you please share with us when it all began?

Thank you so much having me!

Like so many higher vibe beings who choose to BE here NOW with a healing purpose, I have also had a path that can be felt as physically or emotionally painful — for example my childhood, relationships, and many of these ups and downs.

That is where my knack for “feeling good” and my refusal to be limited by any idea that looks like a physical fixed space supports me, because I chose early on to not be glued into yesterday’s story — and to understand that these happenings were only put in front of me as a reminder of my purpose, and how I can do the most service.

In 2006, I decided to use all these tools to create a set of teachings in a higher frequency by utilizing the connected energetic field to tap into the quantum, then sharing space — where there is no separation — and time with my clients, supporting them in the awakening of the infinite potential that is already in them.

My truth is that I am called to tap into my spiritual connection every single day.

This is truly a beautiful gift, and I feel really honored to always know that whatever bigger-than-me-energy is moving through me is what is necessary, and that it is moving and supporting people right where they are.

Can you share your top three “lifestyle tweaks” that will help support people’s journey towards better wellbeing?

I make feeling good and being happy a priority!

Meaning that if I catch myself feeling not-good, I don’t stay in it, indulge in it, or let it just be. Instead, I ask myself immediately, “What can I do to feel better right now?” I take that inner wisdom very seriously, and then with ease and joy I do whatever it takes to follow my inner instructions. Through practicing that with awareness, I constantly adjust myself to feel better anew, staying in a place of happiness. Through this I learn a lot about myself, my needs, my desires, and my life wishes.

I take full responsibility for how I feel and what IS happening for me — at all times!

Sure, that sometimes requires some real tough looks into my mirror, but it also puts me in charge of my feelings, my happenings, and my life. The way it works for me is that “I am making me possible!” through owning my feelings, my happenings, and my life.

I make it a priority to create a healthy environment for and in all of me — body, mind, soul, and consciousness!

I get plenty of sleep, rest, and me-time, I eat clean and fresh food; I constantly shift my mind to positive thoughts; I nourish my soul with lots of “heart-touching” experiences; I focus on what IS going right for me right NOW. That is a healthy environment in all of me — as simple as that sounds, as powerful this really is!

Can you share the interesting story that happened to you since you started your career?

My journey is full of interesting stories which I experience in every split second of supporting people; some stories are easy and some are harder, some are serious and some are playful, some are happy and some are not so happy.

Most importantly is that I acknowledge them all in the same worth and without judgement, then accept, respect, appreciate, thank, and love them all for what they really are for me; a phenomenal experience that brings me closer to myself as a whole being — body, mind, soul, and consciousness.

Helping people to BE and live a more mindful and happy life on all levels, supports me to BE and live more mindful and happy for myself first, because how else can I serve them successfully?

This pushes me gently and graciously to be and live my truth, in new ways and levels that I would never walk otherwise — like writing a best-seller, helping clients, speaking to audiences, going out there and openly talking about my work as a holistic practitioner, and most importantly how life IS magical in every way no matter the circumstances.

Can you share a story about the biggest mistake you made when you were first starting? Can you tell us what lesson you learned from that?

I do not call anything a mistake, because I do not believe anything is ever a mistake. I call it a connecting process — a connecting to my deepest self and to the oneness we all are.

In this connecting process, I learned that instead of wanting to change the world as a whole, I rather shift my focus onto constantly changing and bettering myself first. Then through that always-newer and better me I serve everyone that is drawn to my teachings — to learn how to BE and live more mindfully and happy, experiencing absolute well-being.

One happiness at a time in every new split second there IS!

When it comes to health and wellness, how are you helping people making a bigger impact in the world?

I support clients in the awakening into the infinite potential that is already in them…

…be it in that gentle space of “waking-up” or “remembering” where my best-selling book 365 Days of Happiness is perfect because it touches people in all ways — meeting them in their soft space to open up their heart and shed their limits by teaching them — and reminding them — of mindful happiness.

Or…

…in an intentional deepness — wherever they are on their path and their spiritual evolution and maturity — shifting them into profound energetic experiences, knowing, and being, through my one-on-one sessions.

Just imagine them going out into the world after the above experiences and now newly being and living their highest potential — the wonderful shifts they ARE creating for themselves, others, and the whole world!

That IS how bigger impacts are initiated!

Phenomenal and powerful!

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?

I am grateful for anyone and anything — at all times — who are in my awareness and here for me to experience. Be it the angry person or the happy person, the sad or the happy happening, the tired or the energized moments — if it is in my awareness, experiencing it no matter what it is, will bring me further in my journey, more understanding about myself and all, will initiate new wisdom for life, and get me closer to who I truly am.

That IS how I got to where I AM!

So “Thank you!” to everything and everyone that I ever encountered and will encounter — you truly mean the world to me and my success.

If you could start a movement that would bring the most amount of wellness to the most amount of people, what would that be?

A movement to support our kids and young people in the knowing and believing that it is everyone’s birth-right to be happy and to feel good; that they are in charge, and have the power to choose who they want to be; that everything and everyone is the same energy, connected, and is sharing their energies at all time; that they are more than just a physical body, but also a mind, a soul, and consciousness; that they matter and that their actions matter; and mostly that they are powerful, beautiful, smart, and infinitely loved.

These empowerment teachings are based on every single one of us being and living in this physical experience called “life” as one and the same — Happiness. This must be taught to every parent, to every child, and in every school.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I work 24/7 — when going grocery shopping, walking in the woods, driving kids around or cleaning the house, when thinking of people, things, and happenings, and when working with clients.

I constantly am holding everything and everyone in the magnificent space of their highest potential through letting “high for life” energy move through me and by envisioning everyone and everything always in and as their highest potential. The result being, that all people feel a shift to higher well-being right then and there!

A powerful quantum way — where everything IS always possible for everyone, right NOW!

What is your “I Thing I Wish Someone Told Me Before I Started” and why.

There is no such one thing for me!

The path I took — because I did not know that one thing — was the right path for me and my own process to get to my unique point of “I know NOW!”

If someone would have told me, my outcome would have been different, so I am very glad that no one told me!

However, something that I constantly keep reminding myself of is to truly “BE ME” at all times in everything I do, see, hear, taste, smell, feel, and think; and to always walk my walk in ease, lightness, and happiness. Nothing ever has to make sense, it simply just has to feel good. That is my perfect and unique path!

Do you have any “girl-crush” in this industry? If you could take one person to brunch, who would they be?

Esther Hicks, brunching with her would be bliss and loads of fun!

Sustainability, veganism, mental health and environmental changes are big topics at the moment. Which one of these causes is dearest to you, and why?

All of the above are very dear to me and there is never only one single topic that matters for me because everything and everyone is always ONE and connected.

Mental Health though is extremely potent because wellbeing in the mind creates well-being in you as a whole — body, mind, soul, consciousness. Through mental well-being, you will make excellent choices in your thoughts, feelings, actions, and behavior — focusing on being the best YOU that you can BE and change the world to “better” in every way.
